Shopware Designer is liveNew in Frontic -the Shopware Experience Designer is live

You're already paying for this.

Just not to us. You're feeding a zoo of apps and themes, paying an agency a thousand euros and a month for every campaign page - and losing every idea that never made it out of the backlog.

Early-bird pricing - your first 12 months at the launch price.

What your credit actually buys.

Every paid plan includes monthly AI credit - euros you spend on AI tokens, with all usage itemized. What it buys depends on what your plan can do, so here it is per plan, in real work rather than tokens.

Grow - €50 a month
Experience Designer work, inside the storefront you already have.
-About five campaign or brand pages
-Or three to four category page redesigns
-Or a steady drip of slot experiments - a new hero, a re-cut listing, a seasonal edit
Plus - €150 a month
Everything above, plus Studio building the whole thing.
-A first storefront build runs under €50, leaving around €100 for the month's iteration
-Or roughly fifteen pages
-Or a redesign most working days

No page limits on any plan - build as many as you want, and pay only for the AI that builds them.

Don't guess. Price it.

Describe your catalog in plain language, or build it row by row. We'll show you the smallest plan that covers you - including when that's the free one.

Enough for products averaging variants each, plus categories, updated up to × per day, serving page views a day at API calls per page.

Variants count as records - a product in six sizes is seven records. Translations and markets never multiply your records. Most storefronts make two to four API calls per page.

Over Grow. Plus covers this.

An estimate, not a quote, and nothing here signs you up for anything. Numbers off? Talk to us and we'll work it out against your real catalog.

What happens when you go over.

On paid plans, nothing dramatic. We don't throttle you, we don't return errors to your shoppers, and we don't move you to a bigger plan without asking. You add €50 capacity packs - one price for every bucket, and each pack tops up one of them:

Records+ 5,000 / €50
Updates+ 250,000 / €50
API requests+ 500,000 / €50

Launch works differently: it pauses at its limits rather than billing you. No card on file means no bill, ever.

We'd rather send you an email than a 429.

You hear from us at 80%, not at 100%.
An email before it costs anything, not an invoice after.
Plan prepaid. Packs postpaid, no rollover.
Your plan fee is paid up front; packs are billed only when consumed, and your spend cap is the ceiling - usage can't run away on its own.
Packs never change your price.
A heavy month bills a pack, a quiet month doesn't. Your plan doesn't ratchet up on its own.

Questions, answered.

What we actually count
What's an API record?

One item of content in your Frontic storage: a product, a variant, a category, a blog post, a store location. Variants count - a product in six sizes is seven records. Translations and markets never multiply your records: one product in five languages is still one record. Records are a live total, not a monthly one - delete 1,000 products and your count drops the same day.

What's an API update?

One write to one record. Your PIM pushes a new price for one variant: one update. A nightly sync touching your whole catalog: one update per record it touches. Reading never counts. Updates reset each billing period.

What's an API request?

One call your storefront makes to a Frontic endpoint. A product page that fetches the product, the breadcrumb and a related-products listing makes three requests, not one. Requests reset each billing period.

Can you show me a real example?

A mid-size fashion catalog: 6,000 products averaging eight variants each, 300 categories - that's 6,000 + 48,000 + 300 = 54,300 records, because variants count. A fashion catalog at 6,000 products is never just 6,300 records.

Repricing and restocking twice a day touches the variants: roughly 3.3M updates a month - inside Plus's 5M. Traffic at 30,000 page views a day × 3 API calls × 30 days is 2.7M requests - comfortably inside Plus's 10M. Records at 54,300 are over Grow's 25,000, so this shop is a Plus shop.

Worth knowing: a low-variant catalog - say furniture at 6,000 products with one variant each - lands near 12,300 records and fits Grow easily. Variants move this number more than product count does. And because the three buckets are metered separately, you're never charged for a dimension you don't use.

The AI credit
What exactly draws from my credit?

Studio jobs, Experience Designer builds, Product Finder and Buddy. Nothing else - the data layer, APIs, endpoints, seats and tooling are part of your plan and never touch it.

Your credit is euros you spend on AI tokens, with all usage itemized. You see what each job, build and chat costs, in euros, as it happens.

Money, without the small print
How do trials work?

Grow and Plus start with the session: 45 minutes, no card. We connect your shop and it reads it - theme, tone, catalog, campaigns - read-only, before we build your first thing together on your real data. Your 30 days free begin once that first build is live - not when you filled in a form. Card at trial start, cancel any time before it ends and you're not charged.

Launch needs no card at all and doesn't expire.

What are the commitment and cancellation terms?

Plan fees are paid up front - yearly plans for twelve months, monthly plans per month. Capacity packs are billed afterwards, only when consumed. Yearly plans cancel up to one month before renewal; monthly plans cancel any time. Downgrades take effect at your next billing period.

Do the discounts stack? Show the arithmetic.

Yearly takes 25% off. Early-bird takes roughly half off that, for your first 12 months. Six numbers, and that's the entire price list.

What happens after early-bird?

You move to list - €149 for Grow, €599 for Plus, billed yearly. That's the whole ladder; there's no third number underneath it. We'll email you before the change with the new price in it.

Is VAT included?

No, all prices exclude VAT.

You really don't charge per seat?

Really. Not on Launch, not on Scale. Add your whole merchandising team, your agency, your freelancers, the person who only logs in to approve things. Ideas don't arrive on a licence schedule.

The product
What do BETA and SOON mean? Am I paying for things that don't exist?

Fair question. BETA means it's live and you can use it today - the API may still change and we'll tell you before it does. SOON means it's committed to that plan and included the day it ships, at no change to your price. If a SOON feature is the only reason you'd buy a plan, tell us first - we'll give you a real date, or talk you out of it.

What's the actual difference between Grow and Plus, and do I need developers?

Grow works inside the storefront you already have - Experience Designer turns slots into canvases your commerce team builds in, no developers required. Plus adds Frontend Studio, which builds the whole thing: full pages, full flows, a full storefront if that's what you want. Plus also brings your own tools into the agents and your own release process around them, so it assumes there's an engineering workflow to plug into. Grow is a complete product and plenty of teams run on it permanently - you move up when you want to build beyond your existing storefront, not on a schedule we set.

When you ship new features, do I get them or do they become an upsell?

You get them, permanently. Anything that lands in your tier is yours at no extra cost, and we don't move shipped features up a tier later. That's a commitment, not a current policy.

What if I outgrow Plus?

Two options and we'll tell you honestly which is cheaper. Stay on Plus and add capacity packs, or move to Scale. If you're a couple of packs over most months, packs usually win and we'll say so.

I'm an agency with a dozen clients.

We're building a partner program for exactly this - client workspaces, consolidated billing, partner margin. It's not open yet. Get in touch and we'll shape it around what you actually need.

Lock-in and data
Who owns my data?

You do. Your catalog, your content, your schemas, your code. We store and serve it; we acquire no rights to it.

Can I leave? What do I take - and what if Frontic goes away?

Everything, and this is worth being specific about. Your data exports. Your schemas export. And the code the agents write isn't trapped in a proprietary editor - it's real code, in your framework, in your repository, reviewed by your team. That's what the GitHub integration is for. If you left tomorrow, or if we disappeared tomorrow, you'd walk away with a working frontend you own.

What support do I get?

Every plan gets support from the people who build the product. Scale adds a contractual response-time SLA and a dedicated team.

Launch needs no card and has no time limit. For Grow and Plus, pick a time - we build your first thing together, live, and your 30 days start once it is. The calculator above already told you which plan you'll need - and if it said Launch, believe it.
